Kodi is an avid reader. He learned to read by playing video games with his parents. Kodi, and most other people, seem to read as a form of entertainment, to experience other lives, to explore other worlds, and maybe even as a form of escapism. Kodi believes that the only important thing to do to be a good reader is to want to read. He thinks that reading is easy because he really enjoys reading. Kodi does, however, have a difficult time reading if the book doesn't grab him quickly. When Kodi looks for a book, he tries to find one that isn't closely anchored to reality, one that has relatable characters who grow and improve, and of course, have interesting titles and neat covers.
Kodi reads all the time, very rarely does he not read at home, finding it a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
Kodi is also a writer. He learned to write just by pushing forward with it. He thinks people write to try to tell the stories they have inside, to show other people the things they can see. He thinks people should at least have an idea of what to write, and understand the rules of their language. When writing about real-life things, people should also understand how those things work. Kodi likes to write in the fantasy or sci-fi genre, and occasionally fanfiction. Most of his ideas stem from other books, movies, or games that he has viewed, though even an image can spark a story. Kodi doesn't write very often, lacking motivation.
Rarely is he satisfied with what he writes.
